On behalf of our dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, and the supportive local community, I warmly welcome you to our school website. Burren Junction Public School is a close-knit rural school, proudly situated in rural inland north-western NSW. As a central part of our community, we strive to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student is known, valued, and supported.
We are committed to meeting the individual learning needs of all our students through quality, differentiated teaching and learning programs, supported by robust learning and support processes. Our small class sizes and the valued contributions of our team enable personalised attention that helps every student thrive.
Beyond the classroom, we provide students with a wealth of opportunities to engage in both curricular and extracurricular activities that foster their growth and potential. Our student leadership body, the Year 6 Parliament provide ministerial roles to empower our future leaders. We also offer a thoughtful Kindergarten Transition Program to ensure a smooth start for our youngest learners.
